Operating within structured institutional environments cultivated procedural discipline, leadership clarity, and the ability to manage complex regulatory frameworks — competencies that now shape the firm’s operational infrastructure.

Ruben retired with honors at the rank of Sergeant II after a career that included assignment to the elite Vice Unit and more than two decades as an instructor at the LAPD Academy. His leadership background, tactical discipline, and deep understanding of human behavior provide a rare and sophisticated layer of risk insight within the firm.

Bictor Ramos

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day field operations to ensure they are properly maintained, safe, and operating efficiently. Conducts regular property inspections, coordinating vendors and maintenance personnel, responds to maintenance requests and emergencies, and ensures repairs are completed according to company standards. Bictor also performs move-in and move-out inspections, monitors vacant properties, and helps prepare units for new tenants. In addition, Bictor communicates regularly with tenants, property owners, contractors, and office staff to address concerns and provide updates on property conditions and ongoing projects. Bictor has strong organizational skills, professionalism, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of basic property maintenance are essential in order to successfully manage multiple tasks and properties while maintaining high levels of tenant and owner satisfaction.
