I put this review in a while back regarding a landlord company management team. I would seriously like to update my review. Because it did not do it justice. I have now been with this company for almost 2 years. I can really really say this is the best landlord management company I have ever dealt with. And I have dealt with several. I own a lot of real estate property. These particular people live in Camarillo California they are taking care of my father's rental property. There have been many issues with this property. The tenants that live in there are making my life crazy. And thanks to Adrienne and Holly their husband and wife team. I've never met a husband and wife that works so well together. They have not only taken care of all the issues. And save me an immensely amount of money. Always looking for the best deal for the repairs. And doing it absolutely in a timely manner. I would highly highly highly recommend this landlord management company. .. you cannot go wrong. I leave a lot of reviews good and bad. But this company tops the cake. Polite knowledgeable respectful and they are on it when they say they're going to do something. Both Adrian and his wife Holly have a lot of knowledge in years of experience. We have had bad experience with other managers, but these guys are one of the best. They handle everything ASAP, and always return your calls no matter how late. We had to rent out our condo due to some unexpected life changes, and LPM helped us every step of the way. They found and thoroughly vetted prospective tenants, drafted a detailed lease tailored to our individualized circumstances, and kept us informed. They also have a tenant portal and vendors who can take care of everything. We needed to replace a smart lock with a deadbolt and clean out the dryer vent for our new tenants, and LPM’s vendors got the jobs done quickly and affordably. Customer service and communication has been excellent. I never wanted to be a landlord, but LPM makes it easy. We researched several property management companies and LPM offered the best service for the best price. Finally found a property management team I actually trust! I recommend them to everyone. Let me be honest, I thought I could manage my rental property myself. And I tried. For months. What I didn’t expect was how demanding it would be, especially with a tenant who needed constant hand-holding and was calling me multiple times a week over things that honestly didn’t require the owner’s attention. It was exhausting, and I knew something had to change. So I did my homework. I interviewed somewhere between 7 and 10 different property management companies; big names, small boutiques, ones recommended by friends and the differences were eye-opening. A lot of them were overpriced, overpromised, and honestly felt like they were more interested in upselling me than actually taking care of my property. Then I met Adrian Padilla and Holly at Landlord Property Management. From the very first conversation, they were different. Clear. Transparent. No fluff, no confusion, just a straightforward explanation of exactly how they work and what to expect. That alone set them apart from everyone else I’d spoken to. Since signing with LPM, I have had zero direct contact with my tenant. Not once. That alone has been life-changing for me. Any issue that comes up, big or small, gets handled professionally and I’m notified promptly. They keep me in the loop on everything I need to know without me having to chase anyone down. Their communication is next level. Whether it’s Angie in the office, Holly, or Adrian Padilla himself, someone always gets back to me quickly and clearly. I never feel left in the dark about what’s happening at my property. Yes, there are larger, more established companies out there that have been in business longer. And yes, some of them came highly recommended. But LPM is genuinely affordable, they work incredibly hard, and the value they deliver is something those bigger companies simply couldn’t match, at any price. I’m already looking forward to giving them more properties to manage. To anyone reading this, friends, family, fellow landlords, please do yourself a favor and at least have a conversation with Adrian Padilla and the Landlord Property Management team before you sign with anyone else.
